Bookings - Leeson House

Groups are welcome to contact us at any time of the year to make an enquiry, however, most of our residential bookings take place during the autumn before the following academic year.

Prices

For secondary school groups for 2026/27 our accommodation and tuition costs are kept separate because each programme of study is tailor made. Below are example costs only.

An A Level group of 30 students during Summer term 2027 for two nights (3 days)

£85 per student per night (includes all meals except first day lunch) £85 x 2 = £170.
‘Tuition based on one session* per day £226. £226 x 3 days = £678 ÷ 30 students = £22.60 each.

*A tuition session is either a whole morning, afternoon or evening so potentially three a day and per Leeson House tutor. We charge a minimum of one session a day. Most schools will require more than the minimum charge, and this is calculated during the planning process.

For primary school groups for 2026/27 we are moving to a per-head pricing model and the price for your visit is now calculated to include:
• Arrival at Leeson at aound10:30 on day one, and departure at about 1:30 on final day.
• One Leeson House tutor with your group for all daytime sessions up to a maximum of 35 children. For more children than this, we will have two tutors.
• One evening session led by a Leeson House tutor (approx. 6:30pm - 8pm)
• Full board and accommodation.
• Sheets and bedding provided to all groups
• Minibus transport costs to any specific local sites – Swanage, Studland and Corfe, if required.

For a Dorset primary school group staying for two nights prices start at £144 per pupil and at £79 per pupil for a one night visit. For an out of county primary school group prices start at £164 per pupil for a two night visit and at £90 for a one night.
