Bookings - Leeson House

Groups are welcome to contact us at anytime of the year to make an enquiry, however, most of our residential bookings take place during the autumn before the following academic year.

For example, our bookings application link for the September 2026–August 2027 academic year opened this October. We’ll be finalising these initial enquiries and sending out offer letters in December 2025. Once responses begin to come in, Leeson House faces the challenging — and rewarding — task of arranging schools into the academic calendar!

Prices

Our accommodation and tuition costs are kept separate because each programme of study is tailor made. Below are example costs only.

An A Level group of 30 students during Summer term 2026 for two nights (3 days)

£80 per student per night (includes all meals except first day lunch) £80 x 2 = £160.
‘Tuition based on one session* per day £215. £215 x 3 days = £645 ÷ 30 students = £21.50 each.

A Dorset primary school group of 30 pupils staying for two nights during early Spring term 2026

Starting from £126 per pupil, including accommodation and minimum tuition sessions*.

*A tuition session is either a whole morning, afternoon or evening so potentially three a day and per Leeson House tutor. We charge a minimum of one session a day. Most schools will require more than the minimum charge, and this is calculated during the planning process.
